The service

Sundry Linen rents sheets, covers and towels to short-term rental properties. All linen remains the property of Sundry Linen and is not sold.

Orders & delivery

We deliver every day, 10:00–22:00, at the time we confirm by message, at the drop-off point you specify (door, concierge or your cleaner).

To secure the time you want, we recommend ordering the day before. Same-day orders are handled based on availability.

The price is €13 per set and includes delivery and collection of the used set.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change the time free of charge until the day before delivery.

Returning used linen

Every set comes with a return bag. Used linen goes in the bag and is handed back to us on the same visit, on the next delivery or at an agreed time, by you or by a person or place you specify (concierge, cleaner, outside the door).

Used linen must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please don’t use it for cleaning surfaces or spills.

Stains, damage & losses

Stains and wear from normal use are never charged.

The replacement cost is charged for items not returned within 7 days of delivery, and for items returned damaged beyond normal use (e.g. bleach, hair dye, use for cleaning, large tears). We will always let you know before any such charge.

Prices & payment

Listed prices are final. Payment is made as agreed, and a legal receipt or invoice is issued.

Personal data

We only collect what we need to serve you: name, phone, email, address and access instructions, and your order history.

The form on this site stores nothing. It composes a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp, Viber or email. Your details are used only for deliveries, communication and invoicing. They are never sold or shared beyond those involved in the delivery.

We keep your details for as long as we work together and as required by tax law. You can ask to access, correct or delete them at any time at sundrylinen@outlook.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
